Overall , the finished product was so far excellent.
I would have given less stars if not for the Manager Richard who did some damage control and salvaged the situation.
As a former Manager myself,
I expect excellent customer service which I felt I didn't receive from my estimator during the process. Lots were promised but weren't delivered. Effective and timely Communication wasn't existent in spite of my repeated attempts to reach out. I felt out of the loop the whole time and process wasn't explained to me at length. Personal reasons aren't excusable because proper hand off could have been employed .
The Manager finally called me and was apologetic and reassured me that it'll be handled better from here on.
I believe him and his intentions and i'm willing to give the company another chance to redeem themselves.
A service recovery offer could have been made but that's another story .
I wish Carlsbad Collision Center good luck and hoping for them to strive further toward excellent customer service and not solely rest on their past laurels. hiHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

I had the pleasure of working with Abi on two damaged cars. He was very professional and kept me informed along the way. I had a bad experience when Geico referred me to Caliber Collision and I'm so happy that I was able to take my car to Carlsbad Collision Center instead. Much more knowledgable staff. Customer service was not good. Came in and spoke with Adrianna at the Front Desk. She was very rude, publicly talked down and belittled her coworkers in front of everyone. As the phones were ringing, she would he tell her other coworkers to ignore the calls. Don't recommend coming here. Save your time and money.

Such a professional establishment! I came in to get an estimate on autobody work for my Tesla. Alfonso was so friendly and competent, and was kind enough to do the repair on the spot. Highly recommend Carlsbad Collision Center!

I bought a 2020 Silver Honda Civic this past February. On a Friday night, after an exhausting week at work, I miscalculated my underground parking spot and crunched the left rear side panel on a large cement pillar. I was sick. I got two other outrageous estimates and worked w/CCC since they partnered w/my insurance company.
My estimator Ray was very professional, took photos of the damage, and was great at explaining exactly what they could do. I went to get the vehicle and it was like new again.
A few days later I noticed a ding (probably unrelated) but I stopped by since the shop is close to my work. Richard was so kind and said he would see if they could bufff it out & voila it was gone. Very impressed with their customer service.

I brought my Toyota Highlander into the Carlsbad Collision center because my front under bumper had been backed into. Keith (I think that was his name) took my car to the body shop area for a quote on repairs and they were able to pop it back into place and secure it free of charge! He was so kind and helpful and they had it all done in 10 mins. Talk about service!!

Don't bring testa to fix here my first time and have a bad experience. My car been here over 2 month seating here still not done yet. I try contact them about more then 10 time I got responds back 2 time and the date expect to pick up the car kept changing 3 different time. Lack of communication. I got really upset as my car rentals has limit now I have to rent out another car to drive.

They lost the quote, and they don't answer the phone. I was referred here by insurance to get a quote as part of a claim to fix the passenger side mirror. I met with the estimator who said he would email the quote within an hour. I called multiple times to follow up and they only answered the phone when I called from a new number. They said the estimator would call me back (he never did). One month later, they told insurance that they had lost the documentation and to bring the car back in for a quote. Additionally, the estimator said they would need to keep the car for 3 days to fix the mirror. Tesla mobile repair replaced the mirror in 30 minutes.
